What are the gate hours?
8am to 8pm, every day of the week, including weekends and holidays. You come and go as often as you like during those hours using your own personal gate code. Security cameras record the lot 24 hours a day, including overnight when the gate is closed. If you need a pickup or drop-off outside gate hours, call us at (580) 265-5708 in advance and we will work with you.
Will my rate go up after I move in?
No. The rate you reserve is written into your rental agreement and locked for 24 full months from your move-in date. It is not an introductory rate that jumps after a few months. AutoPay enrollment keeps the lock in place. After 24 months you continue month-to-month, and we may adjust rates at most once a year with 30 days written notice.
Is the parking covered or indoor?
No. All 37th Street vehicle parking is outdoor, gravel surface, open air. We do not offer covered or enclosed vehicle storage at either location. Our Cache Road location has climate-controlled indoor units, but those are storage units for household items, not vehicle storage.
How does the $50 Amazon gift card work?
Reserve your spot and complete full registration, which means uploading your driver’s license, e-signing your lease, and enrolling in AutoPay. We then email your $50 Amazon gift card to the address you registered with, after your first AutoPay payment clears. That is your first recurring monthly charge, not the payment you make at move-in. It is a real Amazon gift card, good toward millions of items on Amazon. Every new member qualifies, one flat $50, no tiers.
Is my vehicle secure here?
The entire lot is fully fenced and gated, entry requires a personal gate code that is yours alone, and security cameras record the property around the clock. That said, outdoor parking is outdoor parking: we recommend keeping your own comprehensive coverage on the vehicle, and most auto or RV policies already cover off-site parking.
Is insurance or tenant protection required?
Yes, tenant protection is required for all renters, including outdoor parking. Most auto or RV insurance policies already cover off-site parking. Just submit proof within 30 days of move-in. If we do not receive proof within 30 days, our minimum protection plan is applied to your account automatically.
Am I signing a long-term contract?
No. Every lease is month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 14 days notice, with no cancellation fee and no penalty. The 24-month price lock protects your rate, it does not lock you into staying.
Can I reserve online without coming in?
Yes, and most people do. Pick your spot above, upload your license, e-sign the lease, and enroll in AutoPay. The whole flow takes about two minutes on your phone and works from anywhere. Your personal gate code is texted to you, usually within a minute, so you can drive in the same day.
Are there any hidden fees?
