After 12 months, you go month-to-month and we may adjust rates once per year with 30 days written notice. Autopay enrollment is required to keep your rate lock in place.
Yes, tenant protection is required for all renters. Most homeowners or renters insurance policies already cover items stored off-site · just submit proof within 30 days of move-in. If we don't receive proof within 30 days, the minimum protection plan will be applied to your account automatically. You can also enroll in our plan at any time.
