Fort Sill sits on the north side of Lawton, and we run two storage properties that serve every part of the Fort Sill commute. This page is the geographic overview — addresses, drive times, and which location makes sense based on where you live or work.
Our two locations
Cache Road — 6113 NW Cache Rd
North side of Lawton, just off NW Cache Rd. The closer location to the north gates of Fort Sill and the easier exit if you're coming in from I-44 north of town.

- No outdoor vehicle parking — go to 37th Street for that
- Best for household items, electronics, furniture, paperwork, mattresses, anything heat-sensitive
37th Street — 2517 SW 37th St
South side of Lawton. Faster from south Lawton, the south Fort Sill housing areas, and Highway 62 east or west.
- Drive-up units plus outdoor vehicle parking
- No climate-controlled units — go to Cache Road for those
- Best for vehicle storage (RVs, boats, trailers, motorcycles, cars), contractor gear, and anything you'd just as soon stash in a drive-up
Which location for which situation
PCSing in or out of Fort Sill

Drive times from common spots
Both locations are well within a normal Fort Sill commute. Cache Road is a few minutes closer to the north end of post; 37th Street is faster from the south. Drive times vary with traffic and gate access, but most folks find either is a 10–15 minute drive from post.
Don't pick based on a few minutes of drive time — pick based on what you're storing. The climate-controlled vs. drive-up vs. outdoor parking question matters way more than location for almost everyone.

Are both locations gated?
Yes. Both properties have coded gates, individual unit locks you control, and active monitoring. Same security standards at both.
Which location should I pick?
Cache Road if you need climate-controlled. 37th Street if you need outdoor vehicle parking. If neither matters, pick the one closer to where you're driving from.
Can I do everything online?
Yes. Lease, ID upload, autopay, gate code — all set up online. Useful if you're PCSing in and haven't arrived yet, or heading downrange and want everything set up before you leave.
