24-month rate lock

Your rate is written into your rental agreement and stays the same for two full years. AutoPay and an account in good standing keep the lock in place.

$0 admin fee, free lock

No setup charge, and a brand-new premium security lock is waiting in your unit. You keep it when you leave.

Month-to-month

No long-term contract. Move out anytime with 14 days’ notice. The rate lock rewards staying, it does not require it.

After month 24 you continue month-to-month. We may adjust rates at most once a year, with 30 days written notice.

Gate access is 8am to 8pm every day, using your own personal gate code. If you need access outside those hours for a specific reason, call (580) 265-5708 and we will see what we can do.
Are the prices the same at Cache Road and 37th Street?
Yes. Both locations use the same rates and the same 24-month rate lock. Small units start at $69 a month, 10×10 and 10×15 units are $99, and 10×20 units start at $129.
Will my rate go up after I move in?
No. Your rate is written into your rental agreement and locked for 24 months from your move-in date. AutoPay and an account in good standing are required to keep the lock. If a payment fails or the account goes past due, the locked rate becomes subject to change under the terms of your rental agreement.
Can I move in the same day?
Yes. Reserve online, upload your driver’s license, sign your lease on your phone, and set up AutoPay. Your personal gate code is texted to you, usually within a minute.
Do I need my own lock, and is insurance required?
No lock needed: a free premium security lock is waiting in your unit, and you keep it when you leave. Tenant protection is required for all renters. Your homeowners or renters policy may already cover it, so send proof within 30 days of move-in. If we don’t receive proof, the minimum protection plan is applied to your account.
How do I choose between Cache Road and 37th Street?
Pick by what you are storing. Cache Road has climate-controlled units. 37th Street has drive-up units and the only outdoor vehicle parking. Both locations are fenced, gated and camera-monitored.
