What exactly is the PCS Orders Guarantee?
If your official PCS or deployment orders change, we waive the normal 14-day move-out notice. Send us a copy of the orders and you can close out your unit right away instead of paying through a notice period you never planned for. It applies to verified active-duty military at both locations.
How do you verify military status?
A current military ID or a copy of your orders. You can send it when you reserve or bring it at move-in. Nothing is required up front to see rates or hold a unit.
Am I signing a long-term contract?
No. Every lease is month-to-month. The 24-month rate lock protects your price, it does not lock you into staying. Stay three months or three years, your call.
Will my rate go up while I’m deployed?
No. The rate you reserve is written into your rental agreement and locked for 24 full months from your move-in date. AutoPay enrollment keeps the lock in place, so nothing changes on you while you’re downrange or TDY.
Can my spouse or someone with power of attorney get into my unit?
Yes. List them on the rental agreement and they get the same gate code access you have. Most soldiers add a spouse, a parent, or whoever holds their power of attorney before they leave. Set it up at move-in so it’s already in place when you’re gone.
Can you hold a unit if I’m not in Lawton yet?
Yes, up to 30 days at no charge, and billing starts the day you actually move in. Call us at (580) 265-5708 to set a hold up, it isn’t something the online flow can do, because we need to put the hold on a specific unit for you.
Can I rent before I arrive in Lawton?
Yes, and a lot of people do. The whole thing is online: pick your unit, upload your driver’s license, sign the lease on your phone, and enroll in AutoPay. It takes about two minutes and works from any time zone. Your personal gate code is texted to you, usually within a minute.
What happens if a payment fails while I’m deployed?
AutoPay is there to prevent exactly that, and we ask every deploying tenant to designate a stateside contact at move-in. If a card expires or something goes wrong, we reach out to you and to that contact before anything escalates. Federal law also places limits on enforcing a storage lien against a servicemember on active duty. If you’re heading out, call us at (580) 265-5708 and we’ll set your account up for a long absence.
Which location should I pick?
Pick by what you’re storing, not by drive time. Cache Road (6113 NW Cache Rd) in northwest Lawton has climate-controlled and drive-up units, and it’s on the closer side of town to post. That’s the better pick for a PCS household or a long deployment, when electronics, leather, and photos sit untouched for months. 37th Street (2517 SW 37th St) in south Lawton has drive-up units and is the only location with outdoor vehicle, RV, boat, and trailer parking. Same rates and same 24-month lock at both.
What size unit do I need?
Barracks overflow or a single soldier’s belongings usually fit a 5×5 or 5×10. A one-bedroom or small family fits a 10×10. A full household PCS usually needs a 10×15 or larger. Vehicles, motorcycles, and trailers go to outdoor parking at 37th Street. When in doubt, size up one. It’s cheaper than a second moving trip.
Are there any hidden fees?
No admin fee, and your premium security lock is free and yours to keep. The rate you see when you reserve is what you pay for 24 months. Tenant protection coverage is required, and your existing homeowners or renters insurance likely already covers it. Just submit proof within 30 days.
Is tenant protection or insurance required?
Yes, tenant protection is required for all renters. Most homeowners or renters policies already cover items in storage, so just provide proof within 30 days of move-in. If we don’t receive proof within 30 days, the minimum protection plan is applied automatically. You can also enroll in our plan anytime.
How does the $50 Amazon gift card work?
Every new member qualifies, no tiers. After you rent and complete registration (license upload, signed lease, and AutoPay enrollment), we send your $50 Amazon gift card once your first AutoPay payment clears. That’s your first recurring monthly charge, not the payment you make at move-in.

We do something we think is worth more.
