Rent is due monthly. Turn on AutoPay and it comes out on its own, which also keeps your rate lock in place.

The 24-month lock

Our rates move with demand. Yours doesn’t.

Public rates in Lawton change often. When you rent, the rate you see is written into your lease and locked for 24 months. It is our thank-you for choosing us, using AutoPay and paying on time.

Think of it as a good-guy discount. Good, hard-working people deserve to be rewarded, and this is how we do it.

After 24 months, your rate follows the market and demand. When we are full, rates tend to go up. When we have units open, we usually keep good tenants right where they are. We cannot promise either way.

How to keep your lock

  • Use AutoPay. Payments come out on their own.
  • Pay on time. A payment more than 5 days late has a $20 late fee.
  • Stay in good standing. If a payment fails or the account goes past due, your locked rate becomes subject to change under your lease.

How much is a 10x10 storage unit in Lawton?
The rate table on this page shows today’s live price for a 10×10 at each location, in drive-up and climate-controlled. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units of the same size. A 10×10 holds about one to two bedrooms of belongings.
Which size should I rent?

Will my rate go up after I move in?
No. Your rate is written into your rental agreement and locked for 24 months from your move-in date. AutoPay and an account in good standing are required to keep the lock. If a payment fails or the account goes past due, the locked rate becomes subject to change under the terms of your rental agreement.

Are there any fees besides rent?
No admin fee and no tax on your rent, and the security lock is free. The only other charges are protection (required, or bring your own policy) and a $20 late fee if a payment is more than 5 days late. If it is not on that list, we do not charge it.

We do not add any tax to your rent.
Is protection required, and how much is it?
Yes, protection is required for every rental, but you can bring your own. Most homeowners and renters policies cover self storage, as long as yours does. Send us a photo or copy of your policy and you are set. If you do not have coverage, you can buy protection from us, and it starts at $9.00 a month. Send proof within 30 days of move-in. If we do not receive it, the minimum protection plan is applied to your account.

Am I signing a long-term contract?
No. Every lease is month-to-month, and you can move out any time with 14 days’ notice. The 24-month lock protects your rate. It does not lock you into staying.
Why are the rates different at the two locations?
Rates are set for each location and each size, based on demand at that location, so the same size can cost different amounts at Cache Road and 37th Street. Climate-controlled units are only at Cache Road, and outdoor vehicle parking is only at 37th Street.
What does “Full now” mean in the rate table?
Every unit of that size is rented right now. The price shown is our current public rate for that size. Call or text (580) 265-5708 and we will point you to the closest size that is open.
How much does RV, boat or vehicle parking cost?
Outdoor parking is priced by space size, and the parking rates are in the table on this page. Parking is at 37th Street only. See the vehicle storage page for what fits in each space.
Can I move in the same day?
Yes. Reserve online, upload your driver’s license, sign your lease on your phone, and set up AutoPay. Your personal gate code is texted to you, usually within a minute.
