The guarantee is for verified active duty. Show a current military ID or a copy of your orders at move-in to activate it.

Can I rent a unit before I arrive at Fort Sill?

Can you hold a unit if I have orders but am not in town yet?
Yes. Call (580) 265-5708 and we will hold a unit for up to 30 days at no charge. Billing starts the day you actually move in, not the day you reserve. This one is by phone only, so we can hold the right unit.
Can my spouse get to my unit while I am away?
Yes. List your spouse, or whoever holds your power of attorney, on the rental agreement, and they get the same gate code access you have. There is no separate code.
How far are you from Fort Sill?
Both locations are in Lawton. The Fort Sill Key Gate is at I-44 exit 41, about 12 minutes from Cache Road and about 15 minutes from 37th Street, without traffic. Pick the location by what you are storing.
What size unit do I need for a PCS?
A 5×10 holds about one bedroom, a 10×10 one to two bedrooms, a 10×15 two to three, and a 10×20 three to four. Live rates for every size are on the pricing page.
Should I use climate-controlled or drive-up?
For electronics, leather, wood furniture, photos and paperwork sitting through an Oklahoma summer, climate-controlled at Cache Road is the safer choice. For boxes, tools and gear you will get to often, drive-up costs less. See our climate-controlled guide.
Can I store a second vehicle?
Yes, at 37th Street. Outdoor spaces run from 10×20 to 10×40. See the vehicle storage page.
What are the gate hours if I get in late?
The gate is open 8am to 8pm every day. If you will arrive after 8pm, call (580) 265-5708 before then. Access outside those hours is by approval only.
Are there any fees besides rent?
No admin fee and no tax on your rent, and the security lock is free. Protection is required on every rental, and you can use your own policy or ours from $9.00 a month. A payment more than 5 days late has a $20 late fee. See the pricing page.
Is there a military discount?
We do not run a percentage military discount. What we offer is the PCS Orders Guarantee, the 30-day hold, spouse or POA access, and the same 24-month rate lock as every renter.
