Will my rate go up after I move in?
No. The rate you reserve is written into your rental agreement and locked for 24 full months from your move-in date. It’s not an introductory teaser that jumps after a few weeks. AutoPay enrollment and an account in good standing keep the lock in place.
What is the 10×15 fall special?
A 10×15 is $99 a month, the same rate we charge for a 10×10, with 50% more space, and that rate is locked for 24 months in your rental agreement. Like every new rental, it also comes with a $50 Visa gift card after your first AutoPay payment clears.
What happens if I miss a payment or fall behind?
The 24-month lock and the gift card both require AutoPay and an account in good standing. If a payment fails or the account goes past due, your locked rate becomes subject to change under the terms of your rental agreement. If your card hasn’t been sent yet, it’s held until the account is current.
Are there any hidden fees?
No admin fee, and your premium security lock is free. The rate you see when you reserve is what you pay for 24 months. Tenant protection coverage is required, and your existing homeowners or renters insurance likely already covers it. Just submit proof within 30 days.
What size unit do I need?
A 5×5 holds boxes and seasonal items. A 5×10 fits a studio’s worth. A 10×10 fits one to two bedrooms. A 10×15 fits two to three bedrooms and is our fall special at $99, the same price as a 10×10. Which location should I choose?
Cache Road (6113 NW Cache Rd) in northwest Lawton has climate-controlled and drive-up units. 37th Street (2517 SW 37th St) in south Lawton, near Fort Sill, has drive-up units plus outdoor vehicle, RV, boat, and trailer parking. Same rates and same 24-month lock at both.
Can I move in the same day?
Yes. Reserve online, upload your driver’s license, sign your lease on your phone, and enroll in AutoPay. The whole flow takes about two minutes, and your personal gate code is texted to you, usually within a minute.
How do I get onto the property?
You get your own personal gate code, not a shared one. Gate access runs 8am to 8pm daily at both locations, and you can come and go as often as you need during those hours. Both facilities are fully fenced, gated, and monitored by security cameras.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No. A free premium security lock is sealed in your unit and waiting when you arrive. Only you get the keys, and you keep the lock when you move out.
Is tenant protection or insurance required?
Yes, tenant protection is required for all renters. Most homeowners or renters policies already cover items in storage. Just provide proof within 30 days of move-in. If we don’t receive proof within 30 days, the minimum protection plan is applied automatically. You can also enroll in our plan anytime.
Am I signing a long-term contract?
No. All leases are month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 14 days notice. The 24-month price lock is a benefit of staying, not a commitment to stay.
How do I move out?
Log into your online account and select “Move Out,” or call us. Give 14 days notice, clear out your unit, and settle any remaining balance. Keep your free lock.
What happens after the 24-month lock ends?
You continue month-to-month. We may adjust rates at most once per year, with 30 days written notice. Never a surprise mid-year jump like you’d get at many other facilities.
How does the gift card work?
Every new member gets a $50 Visa gift card, whatever size you rent, including parking. It’s sent after your first AutoPay payment clears. That’s your first recurring monthly charge, not the payment you make at move-in. AutoPay enrollment is required and your account has to be current. One card per new rental.
